Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Nonprofit and Public Administration from Grand Valley State University, with an emphasis on public health. Her background reflects a strong commitment to community well-being, which continues to drive her work today. As the Outreach Coordinator for MindfulTMS, Ashley is passionate about using her platform to reach a broader audience and spark meaningful conversations—particularly around mental health. She believes that showing up as our full, authentic selves in every space leads to deeper connection and stronger, more resilient communities. Mental health is deeply important to Ashley, and she is dedicated to helping break the stigma—starting with how we talk about it in both our personal lives and professional settings.
