Zoya Jafferbhai is a TMS therapist and Practice Manager at Mindful TMS Neurocare Centers’ Skokie office. Zoya studied at Loyola University of Chicago, earning her Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Neuroscience: Cognitive and Behavioral. During her time at Loyola, Zoya did her capstone research on TMS and the extensive forms of treatment it can provide for a wide range of mental health conditions. 

 

At Mindful TMS Neurocare Centers, Zoya administers transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) while utilizing advanced neuronavigation systems for precise treatment. She is passionate about giving the utmost care and therapy to all her patients and hopes to be a part of their mental health journey.

 

Zoya believes that the stigma behind mental health is still an underlying issue in today’s society. With new neuroscience research that focuses on the biological aspects of the brain and how it connects to cognitive function and behavior, we are at the forefront of discovering safe and innovative ways of treating mental health issues, as well as reversing the negative stigma associated with mental illness. As a member of the Mindful TMS Neurocare Centers team, Zoya is dedicated to provide a comfortable environment for her patients and welcomes anyone undergoing mental health problems to MindfulTMS to get the help that they need.
